Two months into his Spurs career, and Joe Hart is impressed with the squad he is now an integral part of.
The goalkeeper, 33, brings a wealth of experience to the Club and has already started two games in the UEFA Europa League, the booming voice of a two-time Premier League title winner another key piece of Jose Mourinho’s jigsaw.
And it’s so far, so good for Joe. “It’s a powerful squad, a squad that is starting to realise how special it could be,” said Joe, capped 75 times by England.
“It’s a squad where it’s been proved already that everyone has a role to play, whatever that may be. If we’re going to be successful, we need to get our heads around that.”
Joe has settled in well since his August switch from Burnley and added: “I feel good. The guys have received me well. I like to think they understand me as a player and a person and what I’m trying to bring to the Club.”
