Tottenham Hotspur Foundation is continuing to deliver its 'Move 4 You' cancer rehabilitation programme in the face of the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Usually delivered in leisure centres within the Club’s local community, our specialist fitness coaches have had to adapt their delivery methods in line with social distancing measures in place.

This example sees coach Adam deliver a seated exercise session to participants via a live video link – ensuring those involved can continue with their crucial rehabilitation programme from home.

Move 4 You - Foundation coach Adam delivers a seated exercise session to participants via a live video link.

Move 4 You is delivered in partnership with North Central and East London Cancer Alliance, Fusion and GLL, offering a physical activity programme for patients who have been diagnosed with cancer.

Sessions are tailored to each individual and support people of all abilities to take part in a variety of exercises both during and after treatment, with the aim of boosting health and wellbeing.

The programme is aimed at adults aged 18+ living in Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington.
