COVID-19 update: Ticket Office and Customer Care Line closure

Following on from government advice, we have now made the decision to close our Retail, Tours and Access phone lines until further notice.

We have remote staff still available on email, should you have any queries.

This follows the Club’s decision to close our ticket office for all phone and walk-up queries yesterday.

Going forward, we advise you use one of the below email addresses to get in touch with us depending on your enquiry. Our staff will endeavour to get back to you as quickly as possible:

Please note, we are unable to process payments via email.

We advise all supporters to check their emails and all our channels for any further updates from the Club.
