Sonny joins our 50-goal club in the Premier League

Mon 17 February 2020, 12:45|Tottenham Hotspur

Heung-Min Son's double against Villa on Sunday saw him become the sixth player to score 50-plus goals for us in the Premier League.

Sonny slotted home the rebound from his penalty in the first half and then struck a dramatic late winner to see us home 3-2 and up to fifth in the table.

It was the South Korean star's sixth goal in a run of scoring in five successive matches - Norwich, Southampton (FA Cup), Manchester City, Southampton (FA Cup replay) and now Villa.

Harry Kane leads the way for us with 136 goals in 198 matches in the Premier League. Harry passed Teddy Sheringham's 98-goal haul in the Premier League at Everton in January, 2018, before becoming the Club's first centurion in the Premier League back on Merseyside at Liverpool on 4 February, 2018.
