Tottenham Hotspur- One Hotspur membership renewals for the 2020/21 season will be open from tomorrow (Tuesday 11 August)
- One Hotspur Members will enjoy a range of benefits, including exclusive access to watch our pre-season friendlies live online this summer
- Members will also be given a discount on the exhilarating new Dare Skywalk attraction, as well as discounts on Stadium Tours, retail and Club partner offers
- By renewing your membership, you will be given priority access to tickets as soon as full capacity matches can resume
We should like to take this opportunity to thank all our One Hotspur members for your continued loyalty and support during a challenging past few months.
Your fantastic support has been sorely missed during our behind-closed-doors matches and we cannot wait to welcome our fans back to the stadium when it is safe to do so.
One Hotspur membership renewals are open for the 2020/21 season from tomorrow (Tuesday 11 August). If you have opted to pay by Direct Debit, there is nothing you need to do - your membership will be automatically renewed for the 2020/21 season on Monday 24 August. Members currently paying by credit card will need to renew manually from tomorrow and will be contacted directly with steps on how to do this.
By renewing your membership, you will be given priority access to tickets as soon as full capacity matches can resume.
As previously announced, the Club is preparing for a return of fans to our stadium when safe and appropriate to do so and is committed to introducing new measures designed to protect fans’ health, safety and security.
Whilst we appreciate the current uncertainty over match ticket access, we have made some exciting changes to our membership product for next season:
- FREE access to watch our pre-season matches live online this summer. Members who pay by credit card are required to renew before 17 August to get access to this exciting benefit. Details of the matches and how supporters can watch will be communicated in due course
- As well as a 10% discount on Stadium Tours, members will also receive a 10% discount on our new visitor attraction – The Dare Skywalk – now available to book ahead of its public opening on Monday 31 August
- We have listened to feedback from adult members and have replaced the physical gift packs with a digital gift voucher for you to spend in our online shop, which will now include exclusive One Hotspur products only available to members, including a One Hotspur pin badge, wireless phone charging pad and metal water bottle. You can also simply redeem the voucher against any products available in our online shop, including new kit and training wear. Junior members will continue to receive their physical gift packs filled with exclusive One Hotspur goodies
- UK members will receive a £10 voucher and free P&P, whilst international members receive a £14.99 voucher (P&P not included). We feel this change offers our Adult members more flexibility and choice in terms of the products they receive, while reducing our carbon footprint. Members will also enjoy a 10% discount on everything in all our shops on selected Member Days throughout the season
- Our member reward programme - One Hotspur Moments – will continue throughout the 2020/21 season, albeit at a reduced capacity. We shall continue to find innovative and engaging ways to prioritise and reward the loyalty of our membership base with money-can’t-buy experiences – including access to First Team players.
- We are also working with partners to bring our members even more exclusive products and discounts throughout the coming season – for example, members will receive a 20% discount on tickets at Cadbury World in Birmingham throughout the 2020/21 season.
We shall update our members on match ticket availability as soon as we have clarity. In the meantime, we should like to thank all One Hotspur Members for their patience and cooperation during this time.
