Thomas Cook Update

The Club should like to provide the following updates to fans with regards to bookings that have been made via Thomas Cook Sport.

Brighton away coach travel

We are pleased to confirm that the Club has organised alternative transport arrangements for all fans who had previously booked coach travel via Thomas Cook Sport for our Premier League away fixture at Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday 5 October.

All those affected are now able to book free replacement coach travel for our trip to the AMEX Stadium with Big Green Coach.

Fans with a Thomas Cook booking should email supporterservices@tottenhamhotspur.com as soon as possible with their booking confirmation details.

We shall then supply a code to be used when booking your travel with Big Green Coach that will apply a 100 per cent discount. Please note, the code will only apply to individual bookings and not on group bookings.

Fans are given the choice of two drop-off/pick-up points:

- Lee Valley Athletics Centre, Meridian Way, Edmonton
- Lee Valley Tesco, Glover Drive, Edmonton

The service is also available to any fans who have not yet booked their travel for this fixture, at a cost of £30 for a return trip.

Due to limited availability, supporters requiring wheelchair or scooter access are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.

We shall provide further information on coach travel for the remainder of the season once it is available.

Premium Packages

The Club can confirm it will fulfil match tickets for all fans who purchased Thomas Cook Sport packages for our upcoming home matches with Southampton and Bayern Munich.

We shall shortly be contacting each booker individually via email, asking you to provide proof of your Thomas Cook purchase so that we are able to fulfil your ticket.

The Club is aware that fans have also purchased Thomas Cook Sport packages for home matches later in the season. We are currently awaiting contact with the firm’s liquidators and will provide a further update in relation to these matches in due course.

Those seeking a refund for a Thomas Cook booking are encouraged to contact your payment provider.
