Information for fans travelling to Colchester

Mon 23 September 2019, 11:40|Tottenham Hotspur

Information for our supporters making the trip to Colchester United for our Carabao Cup third round tie on Tuesday night.

A reminder that we kick-off at 7.45pm.

Travel

By car, Colchester can be reached via the A12 coming out of London or from the M11/A120/A12 travelling from the north. The JobServe Community Stadium is off Junction 28 of the A12.

Directions to the JobServe Community Stadium

Please note, the shuttle bus service from the train station closed in the summer of 2018. Supporters are therefore recommended to catch a taxi from the train station, take the number 65 bus that stops just outside the stadium or walk to the stadium from the train station (approximately 30 minutes).

Parking

Parking at the stadium car park is now sold out. Parking is still available at Essex House on the Colchester Business Park at £6 per car, only by pre-booking via Colchester United's website.

Park & Ride

There is also parking available at the nearby Colchester Park & Ride car park at £3 per car. If parking here, please leave the car park via the exit next to McDonald’s and walk back along Boxted Road to reach the stadium.

Cashless stadium

Please note that, as of summer 2019, the JobServe Community Stadium is a cashless venue.

While there are cash opportunities at the Ticket Office and in the away concourses, there will be some areas of the stadium that supporters visit that will be card only.

Refreshments

Food (sandwiches and snacks) and drink (including alcohol) is available at the Hot Shots Cafe adjacent to main reception. Colchester also have a Supporters' Bar and Fanzone open next to the main reception, which allows fans of both sides to mingle. Colchester change the food on offer here ahead of each game, so please keep an eye on their website. Both Hot Shots and the Supporters' Bar are cashless areas.
