South Korean international star Heung-Min Son swept the board with our end-of-season awards following Sunday's 2-2 draw with Everton.
The all-action forward, who couldn't feature against the Toffees at the new stadium due to suspension, emerged from the tunnel after the game to collect our Goal of the Season award for his marvellous solo effort in the 3-1 win over Chelsea at Wembley on 24 November.
A moment of pure individual brilliance from Sonny!
