Further to the announcement of the Test Events for the new stadium taking place in March, 2019, we are pleased to give details of how General Admission Season Ticket Holders can apply to be at these events.

Applications are now open to Season Ticket Holders for both test event matches until 5pm on Wednesday 13 March. Due to time constraints we will not be able to accept any late applications for these events.
Season Ticket Holders will be able to apply for a ticket to one or both events during this time, in groups of up to 20 eligible supporters. Group applications will be treated as one, meaning that all members of a group application would either be successful or unsuccessful.
It is important to note that, as supporters will be occupying their Season Ticket seat for these events, they should only submit a group application with people they are sat with at the new stadium.
Season Ticket Holders who apply by the deadline will be entered into a ballot for each event. Successful applicants will be informed by email if they have been successful by 5pm on Friday 15 March and invited to purchase their Season Ticket seats.
At this time, successful applicants will be provided with a dedicated sales window for each Test Event match where their Season Ticket seat will be available to purchase. Once tickets have been purchased the event will be loaded onto Season Stadium Access Cards.
Should tickets remain after these dedicated sales window(s), applicants who were initially unsuccessful will be chosen at random and invited to purchase their Season Ticket seat.
Should we be undersubscribed with applications from Season Ticket Holders, One Hotspur members will be invited to submit an application and randomly selected by the ballot process.
Due to the attendance requirements of both Test Event matches and the anticipated demand, Season Ticket Holders are urged to apply only if they are able to attend so that we may provide the opportunity to attend to as many people as possible and ensure we meet the required attendance for the test.
Equally important therefore is that any supporters who purchase a ticket but are then not able to attend should immediately cancel their ticket to allow it to be issued to another supporter.
Tickets issued by the Club for these events are strictly non-transferable under any circumstances. All attendees are advised that checks will be in place at various points on the matchdays to ensure that this is adhered to and the strongest possible action will be taken against any supporters who look to abuse the ticketing allocation for these events.

Will you charge me booking fees for these tickets?
No booking fees will apply to tickets for these events.
I was successful but I missed the sales window to purchase a ticket – am I still guaranteed the chance to come to the game(s)?
We won’t be able to guarantee your ticket if you don’t buy during the advertised sales window.
We need to ensure that that we hit our target attendance so we will offer your place to someone who was initially unsuccessful.
If I’m successful and I buy a ticket, will it be loaded onto my Stadium Access Card?
Yes. Access to Test Events will be loaded onto your Stadium Access Card for the new stadium.

Should any Season Ticket Holder be found to have sold their ticket (regardless of whether or not this is at or above face value), they will be subject to disciplinary action.
I was successful in my application and bought a ticket but I now can’t attend – can I get a refund?
You can apply for a refund by completing a Ticket Refund Request form by no later than seven days before the event.
If I’m unsuccessful, what happens next?
If you’re initially unsuccessful in your application, you’ll be automatically placed on a waiting list to be offered a ticket in the future. Tickets will again be provided by a random ballot to those who initially applied.
I missed the application deadline – can I still be added to the waiting list?
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept any late applications or add supporters who missed the deadline the chance to secure a ticket for these events.
I’m a One Hotspur member – can I apply to attend?
If there is still availability once Season Ticket Holders have had the chance to secure tickets, we will open applications to One Hotspur members. We’ll make an announcement on this at a later date, if that’s the case.
I’m a One Hotspur member – can I use a ticket that has been secured by a Season Ticket Holder?
Tickets will be strictly non-transferable under any circumstances.
Any member who attempts to use a ticket that was initially secured by a Season Ticket Holder will be seen to also have breached the terms & conditions of their membership and will be subject to disciplinary action.
Why am I receiving an error message when I try to apply?

1. Check with the other supporters in your network that they have not submitted an application on your behalf;
2. Check with the other supporters that you are attempting to include in your application that they have not submitted any other application;
