Access Cards at the ready – download the app and store your ticket

Our first three home Premier League games of the season have today gone on sale to One Hotspur + Members, with all Members able to purchase remaining tickets from 10am tomorrow (Tuesday).

We should therefore like to take this opportunity to remind all Members and Season Ticket Holders that their existing Stadium Access Cards from last season will again be required to gain entry to the stadium this season.

Please do not dispose of your Access Cards – you will need them for at least the next two seasons and will not be issued a replacement.

We strongly advise all Season Ticket Holders and Members to download the Spurs Official app as this is the best place to store your ticket.

The app ensures you still have access to your matchday ticket even if you have already thrown away, lost or simply forgotten to bring your Access Card to a match.

When you open the app, log in with the email address you have registered with the Club or your unique Client Reference Number, and your ticket will automatically display and be ready to use.

Simply the scan the barcode on the reader at the turnstile to gain entry – just as you would with a downloadable boarding pass at the airport.

If you are a Season Ticket Holder, your seat details are printed on your Access Card. If you are a One Hotspur Member, your seat details will be on the ticket confirmation email you would have received at the point of purchase, so you may need to print and bring with you for reference.
