The away goals rule will not apply in our Carabao Cup semi-final, second leg against Chelsea tonight (7.45pm).
If the aggregate score is level after the 90 minutes at Stamford Bridge there will be no extra time and the tie will go straight to a penalty shoot-out.
This is explained below in the Carabao Cup regulations, via the EFL's official website.
Regulation 14.5 states: "In the Semi-Final ties, if the aggregate score is level at the end of the second game no extra time shall be played and the tie shall be decided by the taking of kicks from the penalty mark in accordance with procedures as approved by IFAB."
We lead 1-0 from the first leg.
