Tranmere Rovers have produced a guide for supporters visiting Prenton Park.
We travel to Birkenhead for an FA Cup third round tie on Friday evening.
A reminder that we kick-off at 7.45pm and that seating is unreserved.

Travelling to Prenton Park
By car
Prenton Park is located within the area of Prenton, Wirral. The stadium is approximately one mile from Birkenhead town centre, and five miles from Liverpool city centre. General access is by crossing the River Mersey. Sat Nav postcode is Prenton Road West CH42 9PY.
You can reach Prenton Park via the M53 or M62 motorways. If you travel via the M62, you'll go through Liverpool and therefore the Mersey Tunnel into Birkenhead - prices are £1.70 (car), £3.40 (minibus) or £5.10 (coach).

Matchday parking
Prenton Park has a large main car park facility to accommodate cars, coaches and minibuses. Spaces can be booked in advance or purchased on the day (subject to availability) priced £5 per car or £10 per minibus/coach. A limited disabled parking facility is available, but must be booked in advance.

Limited street parking is available within the vicinity of the stadium. Please note any restriction notices and respect all residents living close by.
By rail
Use connections from Liverpool Lime Street or Chester via Merseyrail Underground (Wirral Line) into Birkenhead.
By bus
You can catch buses from Liverpool into Birkenhead - numbers 403, 413, 423 (all towards Seacombe Ferry), 464 (New Ferry), 471 and 47 (Heswall/Barnston) Arriva CrossRiver services, while Stagecoach also operate a 471 and 472 service (towards Heswall/Barnston) – all of which can be boarded at Sir Thomas Street in the city centre.
