Information for fans travelling to Old Trafford

Mon 02 December 2019, 18:09|Tottenham Hotspur

Manchester United have put together a guide to visiting Old Trafford that provides supporters information on public transport, parking, food and drink and the stadium's bag policy.

We recommend that all supporters attending the match read the guide before departing for Manchester.

Matchday assistance

‘Here to Help’ booths are located outside the stadium at the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand and the East, South and West stands. Members of the Supporter Assistance Team or any steward will be on hand to help with directions or any issues supporters may have.

Entrance to the stadium

Away turnstiles are located at the South East corner of the stadium and will open two hours prior to kick-off.

All disabled supporters or those with access requirements will enter the stadium through either entrance AE1 or AE2, both of which are fully accessible. These entrances are also located in the south-east corner of the stadium.

Bags/bag drop facilities

All bags will be searched and items larger than the size criteria must be left at one of the bag drop facilities, which are located in E2 car park (including one specifically for away supporters), N2 car park and at the back of W2 car park. There is a £5 charge to leave an item at a bag drop.

Bringing a bag will further delay entry to the stadium (and will delay departure after the game if using a bag drop) and Manchester United therefore encourage supporters not to bring any bags or prohibited items to the stadium. Supporters bringing a bag are asked to arrive at least two hours before kick-off.
