Eriksen nominated for Premier League Goal of the Month prize

Christian Eriksen’s long-range strike against Brighton on 23 April is up for the Premier League’s Carling Goal of the Month award.

With time running out against the Seagulls, Christian finally found a breakthrough with less than two minutes of normal time remaining to give us a 1-0 win at the new stadium – an important result for us in the race to finish in the top four.

A low-left footed effort, Christian’s strike is one of eight goals in the running for April’s award.
