PSV v Spurs – important updated ticket information
Wed 17 October 2018, 15:32|Tottenham Hotspur
Further to our earlier announcement relating to the requirement for our supporters to collect their tickets in person for our UEFA Champions League away fixture against PSV Eindhoven, we can now advise fans on how this process will operate.
PSV Eindhoven v Spurs
UEFA Champions League group stage
Wednesday 24 October, 2018
Kick-off 6.55pm*
Match tickets will be distributed by Club Ticket Office staff from a dedicated collection booth at the Philips Stadion, located outside turnstiles 35 and 36 (pictured here).
The booth will be open from 2pm through to 7pm* on Tuesday 23 October and from 10am until 5pm* on Wednesday 24 October. Collections will not be available outside of these times.
To collect your ticket, you will need to show your original passport or EU driving licence with the full name matching the ticket application. Photocopies will not be accepted. Each ticket MUST be collected by the named individual. Tickets will NOT be distributed to a lead booker or any individual requesting to collect more than one ticket.
On collecting your ticket, you will also be issued with a wristband which one of our stewarding team will attach to your wrist. The wristband will be secured and you should not remove the wristband. Once removed, the wristband cannot be reattached. You will need to present your ticket and show your wristband to the stewards at the ticket check point to gain access to the turnstiles. Damaged, tampered with or removed wristbands will not be accepted and you will not be able to gain access to the stadium, even if you have a match ticket.
Supporters on our official travel to Eindhoven will be provided with their tickets on the coaches on arrival at PSV, where they will also be issued with their wristband.
Premium members will be contacted by their account manager to confirm the names of those supporters collecting tickets.
There are no exceptions to this collection process.
We realise that whilst this collection process is common for some English clubs playing in UEFA competition overseas, it is very rare that we implement such a policy as we acknowledge that this can be an inconvenience for supporters who wish to maximise the time available to them in our host towns and cities. However, due to the security advice received in respect of this fixture, we have to take appropriate steps to maintain the security and integrity of our allocation.
Thank you in advance for your co-operation and support. It is very much appreciated.
*all times local CET.
