Meet our Spurs Shop competition winner!

Congratulations to One Hotspur member Jon Fowler, who is the lucky winner of our recent competition to win a £500 voucher to spend at the new Spurs Shop at the Tottenham Experience.

Jon, from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales, signed up as a member three years ago and enjoys travelling to London to watch us play as many times as he can throughout each campaign.

"I get to three or four games a season," he said. "I’m in the South Wales Spurs official Supporters’ Club and they run a bus once a month. It's a great day out! I take my son or my missus up otherwise."

Jon has been a Spurs fan since the 1980s and names Chris Waddle, Glenn Hoddle, Steve Perryman, Ossie Ardiles and Ricky Villa among his favourite players of that era, while Paul Gascoigne, Gareth Bale and Harry Kane have endeared themselves to him - and hundreds of thousands of other fans - since!

"Obviously I like Bale, being a Welshman, but Gazza was just immense on the pitch. What a player! Bale is one of the world's greatest and he blossomed at Spurs and Harry Kane... say no more! He's got us out of a lot of tight spots with his prowess."

Jon revealed that he plans to spend his voucher on some tracksuits and hoodies, as well as accessories such as a phone case and some gifts for his son.

Supporters visiting the store in the run-up to the festive period have a fantastic chance to meet some of our greatest former players – and Spurs Santa!

Legendary former goalkeepers Pat Jennings and Ray Clemence* will be on hand to meet and greet fans in store on Saturday 22 December (12pm-2pm), while midfield magicians Ossie Ardiles and Micky Hazard* will be in attendance on Sunday 23 December (12pm-2pm).

Spurs Santa will be in store on Sunday 16 December, Saturday 22 December and Sunday 23 December (all 11am-3pm).
