WORLD-RENOWNED artist and Spurs fan Paul Trevillion popped into Spurs Lodge on Tuesday

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

WORLD-RENOWNED artist and Spurs fan Paul Trevillion popped into Spurs Lodge on Tuesday.

Paul is the man behind the cult 'You Are The Ref' cartoon series that first appeared in Shoot and was revived by the Observer in 2006 and was an illustrator on 'Roy Of The Rovers' as well as providing artwork for the likes of the Mirror, Sun, Express, Times and Telegraph over the years.

He also illustrated the famous 'Gary Player Golf Class' which appeared in over 300 newspapers worldwide and became the largest syndicated sports feature in the world.

He provided Spurs fans will a number of special prints in last season's official matchday programme in the 'Spurs Art' series, including the likes of Gazza, Steve Perryman, Glenn Hoddle, Ossie Ardiles, Ricky Villa, Ted Ditchburn and Martin Peters.

Anyway, Paul was with a film crew today for his first encounter with Harry Redknapp and the pair got on like a house on fire as Paul showed a scrapbook of all the footballing greats he's drawn.

Meanwhile, the players who haven't jetted off on international duty put in a good shift on the training pitch that ended with a two-on-two routine- pictures below - and shooting.
