'We'll concentrate on our performance' - Ben

Ben Davies says the primary focus is on our own game ahead of tonight’s European clash with Asteras Tripolis.

The left-back, a mainstay of our Europa League side so far this campaign, admits the Greek side’s record of one win and one draw in the group is not a bad one.

As we go in search of our first Group C win at White Hart Lane, Ben is firmly of the opinion that we’ve got what it takes to see off our visitors.

“We realise that Asteras Tripolis are going to be a good team and whoever they put in front of us we’ll have to deal with their threats,” said the 21-year-old.

“I think we were probably unlucky to concede late on in the last game against Besiktas. If we’d seen the game out and picked up the three points I think the group would have a totally different outlook.

“But it’s all about us. We have to concentrate on our performance and if we put a good one in we’ll be able to get the three points.”
