Tour 2014 - lads train in Seattle sun

The temperature touched 90 as the lads trained for a second time on Thursday afternoon in Seattle.

The players returned to NFL champions Seattle Seahawks' VMAC Training Facility for another tough session as Mauricio Pochettino prepares for our first pre-season friendly against Seattle Sounders at CenturyLink Field on Saturday.
