Tottenham HotspurAndre Villas-Boas reports that Danny Rose is closing in on a return in time for Saturday's clash against Chelsea at the Lane.
The full-back suffered a toe injury in our Europa League win against Tromso last Thursday, ruling him out of the matches against Cardiff and Villa.
“For Danny, there is a 90 per cent chance that he will make the game, so that gives us options down that flank,” said Andre.
Younes Kaboul remains a doubt with a muscle injury but there is positive news on Aaron Lennon (foot) and Etienne Capoue (ankle).
“Aaron will be back with the team either tomorrow or on Monday, and that’s a great addition with what he represents,” added Andre after training on Thursday.
“Etienne will return for the games after the international break.”
