One Hotspur Season Ticket and Membership Renewals

We are pleased to provide details of the planned renewal process for One Hotspur Season Ticket Members and Bronze and Lilywhite Membership for the 2015-2016 season.

One Hotspur Silver, Gold and Platinum Members will be sent a personal invitation to renew this month. Ahead of this, full renewal information including details of the benefits of membership will be available to view on our renewal microsite and Season Ticket Members may renew online from 11.00am on Wednesday 25 March.

We previously announced that the renewal date for Season Tickets would be Thursday 30 April. Having received feedback on this we have now revised the renewal date to 5pm on Monday 18 May 2015. Please note that this deadline is not flexible and no exceptions can be made.

2015/2016 Season Ticket Pricing

All Season Ticket prices will be frozen for the 2015-2016 Season and our renewal microsite will detail several ways to pay for your One Hotspur Season Ticket.

Next year’s ticket resale service will continue to be offered by our partners StubHub. This has proved to be a useful facility for many Season Ticket Holders. The service will continue to operate with the improvements made last season. This extended partnership will also include further support for the Foundation, with a specific initiative due to be launched next season.

One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite Membership for 2015-2016

Renewal packs will be posted to One Hotspur Bronze, Lilywhite and Junior Members in late April and Members of these tiers will have until 5pm on Friday 19 June 2015 to renew. Bronze Members are required to renew by this date in order to retain their place on the Season Ticket Waiting List. Memberships can be renewed online via our microsite from the week commencing Monday 20 April ahead of the renewal packs being sent. Keep an eye on our Club channels for further updates.

One Hotspur Members who are signed up to our Direct Debit scheme will be contacted in due course with confirmation that their membership has been automatically renewed for next season. No further action is required from these members.

Stadium Access Membership Cards

Please retain your One Hotspur Stadium Access Card as this will automatically become valid for the 2015-2016 Season when you renew.
