On the bench for Saturday’s stalemate at Charlton, full-back Ryan played 90 minutes as Boro registered a second consecutive draw in the Championship.

Alex Pritchard went on as a 69th minute substitute for Brentford as they lost 2-1 at Watford in the same division while Grant Hall was on Birmingham City’s bench for their 3-1 victory at Millwall.
