Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Robbie Keane insists the threat posed by Oldham Athletic will not be taken lightly ahead of our Carling Cup curtain raiser at Boundary Park tonight.

The striker knows from experience that upsets are not uncommon when Premiership teams head to lower division sides in this competition - he was a member of the our own team that was ousted by Burnley in round three two season's ago on what proved to be a challenging occasion at Turf Moor.

"It certainly was and we learned a lesson there a little bit," recalled Robbie. "We do have a completely different team now and a new manager, but you can't underestimate these teams.

"They will work hard, especially on their own patch with the crowd behind them. It will probably be a full house and a massive game for them.

"It is an important game for us too and we want to keep this unbeaten run. We want to win and take confidence into the Manchester United game - we want a good result."

Robbie feels the best way to enter into such games is to treat it the same as you would a Premiership encounter.

"I think you have to because you know teams will work hard and play their socks off for each other. We won't underestimate them, we will approach it as if we are playing Chelsea or Man Utd."
