Harry Redknapp described Luka Modric as 'a manager’s dream' after another impressive performance against Liverpool.
The midfielder led the second half comeback against the Reds as we turned around a 1-0 half-time deficit to take maximum points in the Premier League.
Luka’s burst past three defenders and cross led to Martin Skrtel sliding into his own goal for the equaliser before Aaron Lennon’s dramatic injury time winner.
The Croatian playmaker also scored against Werder Bremen as we qualified for the group stages of the Champions League last week.
“Luka’s a world-class player, he is absolutely fantastic, a manager’s dream,” said Harry.
“He comes in every day and works hard, trains great, he’s a fantastic person and an unbelievable footballer.
“I thought he dragged us forward in the second half against Liverpool, some of his runs and his play were fantastic and he forced that own goal.
“For me, he’s got everything. He could play in any team in the world.”
