Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
Martin Jol believes the recruitment of Emil Hallfredsson and David Limbersky will reinforce the group of young players striving to make the first team breakthrough at the club.
Both players are set to sign in the January transfer window - Limbersky on an initial six-month loan - and the Head Coach said this is a continuation of a policy he completely endorses.
"Everybody who watches us will know we have two tracks, we want to improve the squad, but we have one for young players and I believe in this," explained Martin. "When you have them here from an early age you can work on their development and they become real Spurs players.
"That is why we have Ziegler and Defendi here, we already have players like Yeates and Ricketts. Hallfredsson will be here and Limbersky too. Whether they can play in the first team in the near future you never know, Ziegler was here to develop but he played after a few weeks.
"We now have six or seven very good young players for the future and that is what I want. I want players to identify with the colours and the club."
Martin suspects that, given the powerful frame of the Iceland under-21 international Hallfredsson, the 20-year-old could well be a contender for left full-back spot in the future.
"He doesn't look like a youngster when you see his legs! He is an athlete. He is still young and plays wide on the left but I think, in the future, with being so strong he could play left-back as well.
"We have a couple so I hope he will be an entertaining and brilliant player. He can make the grade because he is very strong."
Czech under-21 international Limbersky, meanwhile, can bask in the backing a particularly famous countryman.
"David Limbersky can play either right or left and has enjoyed the same development as Pavel Nedved with having the same trainer," revealed Martin. "He did a lot of work on his running, speed and stamina.
"Nedved is a special story, I know him and he said to me that David is of the same mould. Maybe he is exagerrating a bit. We will give him a stage and a trial and it is a good thing for Spurs that we get players in who want to prove themselves."
