Kenny McEvoy marked his return home with a key assist as Republic of Ireland Under-21s kicked-off their Euro U21 2017 qualifying campaign with a win against Andorra on Thursday night.
The match was in Kenny's home town of Waterford and although the Republic dominated, they only managed to score once - and Kenny provided the assist in the 23rd minute for Dylan Connolly. Kenny played 86 minutes.
Filip Lesniak played the full match as Slovakia U19s grabbed a 93rd-minute equaliser against Elite Round hosts Germany in UEFA European U19 qualifying in Mannheim.
