Internationals - Christian on target

Christian Eriksen took his fine form onto the international stage as Denmark drew against Hungary in a friendly on Thursday night.

The midfielder who completed a clean sweep of Player of the Season awards from our fans fired home his sixth goal in 44 caps as it ended 2-2 in Debrecen.

Balazs Dzsudzsak opened the scoring for Hungary, Christian drilled a low shot into the corner for 1-1, Roland Varga put Hungary 2-1 up but Lasse Schone found a second equaliser for the Danes.

Christian is scheduled to be in action again when Denmark take on Sweden in Copenhagen on Wednesday.
