Bongani Khumalo has joined League One side Colchester United on loan until the end of the season.
The South Africa international defender, 28, made 32 appearances in all competitions while on loan at Doncaster Rovers last season, having previously spent time on loan at Preston North End, Reading and Greek side PAOK following his arrival at White Hart Lane from Supersport United in 2011.
He also has the distinction of having scored at the World Cup, netting for South Africa in their 2-1 win over France at the 2010 tournament finals.
Bongani has captained our Barclays Under-21 Premier League side this season and has made seven appearances in that competition to date.
