Kevin joined the Club in July 2007 from Hertha Berlin, making his debut in the UEFA Cup tie against Anorthosis Famagusta in the October.
He has since made 24 First Team appearances in our colours, also spending time on loan at Borussia Dortmund, where he featured on 11 occasions.
The German midfielder will be joined at Fratton Park by Jamie O'Hara who has signed on loan until January.
