Ben up for challenge

Ben Davies is relishing the competition for left-back with new England call-up Danny Rose.

The Welsh international snapped up from Swansea in the summer is battling it out with Danny for the left-back role - Danny has started both Premier League fixtures so far, with Ben in the team for our Europa League play-off against AEL Limassol.

"This competition is going to help us both," stated Ben. "It is going to make us both better players, hopefully, and that's all we want to do as professionals.

"Danny has been great to me and it is a competition between us.

"We both want that jersey, but whoever does get it at the end of the day we are supporting the team and we'll support each other. That's the way it is going to be."
