Atlanta loan for Walkes

Anton Walkes has joined Major League Soccer (MLS) side Atlanta United on a six-month loan deal.

A product of our Academy system, the young defender, 19, is a regular in our Premier League 2 side and made his first team debut as a substitute in our EFL Cup win against Gillingham at the Lane on September 21.

Atlanta are preparing for their first season in the MLS and will compete in the league's Eastern Conference in 2017.
