2004/2005 new kit: The technical aspects

Wed 09 June 2004, 12:00|Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

The design for the new home kit for next season is named KOMBAT 2004 and is the next phase in the evolution of the Kombat philosophy from Kappa. Kombat 2004 is unlike any other shirt on the market.

With unique fabric composition containing stretch principles, the shirt features new paneling to make it the most classic of football shirts. The shirt consists of three new panel designs. The sleeves have a continuous shoulder line to aid in rotation, and a mesh back panel to allow for additional cooling properties.

The shirt is more tailored, with the back panel crossing over into the front panel, allowing for an unconventional side seam, but giving a styled, new look. The collar is rounded, with a mesh layer as a design feature to correspond to the back panel.

The new home shirt, KOMBAT 1, is White. The shorts in Navy Blue continue the panel theme and are consistent with the shirt to give a uniform look. The kit is finished with White socks with 'Spurs' running down the back of the leg. The use of block colours gives synergy to the unique Italian design to offer timeless aesthetic appeal to make the shirt the most stylish on the market.. We are pleased to unveil our new home kit for the 2004/2005 season.
