IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE TICKET PROCESS
Following the increase to 40,000 season ticket holders from the start of this season, the process we have previously followed for FA Cup semi-finals has been adapted as we no longer have an allocation that can meet the demand from all of our season ticket holders. Therefore, in line with our Terms and Conditions and the usual practice for any away fixture where demand for tickets outweighs the availability, we will allocate tickets for this match in line with the Club’s Loyalty Points process.
Additionally, based on feedback received from previous sale processes for FA Cup semi-finals, we will be running a staggered sales process to ensure that the wait times and overall purchase experience is better than in previous seasons.
We are delighted to confirm that all current season ticket holders with a total of 47 Loyalty Points or more as of 12noon on Wednesday 21 March, 2018, will be eligible to purchase a ticket for this FA Cup semi-final. There will be four separate sales windows for supporters to purchase their ticket in and anyone wishing to sit with friends and family in a different window are able to do so by waiting for the later sales window to open.
Supporters may use the Wembley Stadium seating guide to request tickets in preferred areas but these will be sold subject to availability.
How to buy a ticket: All sales for this match will be either online here or over the phone (0344 844 0102, option 1).
Tickets WILL NOT be on sale to supporters in person at the Ticket Office.
Season ticket holders will be able to apply in groups of up to 20, providing that all season ticket holders are within the phases which are eligible to purchase.
