Therefore, for the start of the 2024/25 Season the points gained for continuous membership will be totalled for the following seasons:

1.30 When the Club receives an allocation of tickets for an Away Match, Ticketing Points will be used to allocate tickets when demand exceeds the allocation of tickets for Away Matches for the 2024/25 Season (e.g. Arsenal away or a Cup Final). The Club will clearly advise via the Communication Channels the number of Ticketing Points required to be able to apply for tickets to certain fixtures.
1.31 When Ticketing Points are used to allocate tickets for Away Matches, all Members must each have the required number of Ticketing Points individually, when applying for tickets in a group. Only the member(s) of the group with sufficient Ticketing Points will qualify for a ticket. Tickets will NOT be issued based on the average number of points. If the supporter who submitted the application is unsuccessful but other member(s) of the group are successful then tickets will be sent to the registered address of a successful member of that group.
1.32 Members can check their Ticketing Points total by visiting the “My Account” page in the ticketing website at https://www.eticketing.co.uk/tottenhamhotspur/
1.33 The Club reserves the right to allocate Away Match Tickets with official Club travel packages. In such circumstances, Ticketing Points may not apply.
1.34 Any queries relating to a member’s Ticketing Points MUST be raised with the Ticket Office in writing/via email. Any queries relating to Ticketing Points allocated for Matches prior to the season before the current campaign will not be considered.

The Premium Package and your access to the Stadium is subject to these Terms and Conditions (as may be amended from time to time and which can be accessed via the Website or provided to you upon your written request to the Club). Before purchasing a Premium Package, please ensure that you have carefully read these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 When you submit an order for a Premium Package, that order will not impose any obligations on the Club under these Terms and Conditions unless and until it is accepted by the Club. The Club's acceptance of your order takes place when the Club emails or otherwise communicates to you the Booking Confirmation, at which point a contract shall come into existence between you and the Club which shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions, subject to condition 1.58. For the avoidance of doubt, an acknowledgement of receipt shall not constitute acceptance of your order and the Club reserves the right to not accept your order for any reason whatsoever.
3.3 These Terms and Conditions are valid and binding on you and the Club following the Club's acceptance of your offer and will govern our contractual relationship for the Term. Unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will expire automatically at the end of the Term.
3.4 Subject to:
3.4.1 these Terms and Conditions; and
3.4.2 the Premium Package Pass Holder making payment of the Premium Package Fee and any additional fees applicable (including any Catering Fees) in cleared funds on or before the due date for payment in accordance with conditions 3.15 to 3.25 (as applicable),

The letter or email of acceptance will be sent to the Premium Package Pass Holder approximately five (5) Working Days after the order was placed, although the Club makes no representation nor gives any warranty or guarantee as to that timeframe.
3.6 Without limiting the foregoing, you consent to any additional health and safety protocols that may be implemented by the Club or any competent authorities in connection with the Home Match or your entry to the Stadium (including, without limitation, health screenings, temperature checks and other requirements implemented in the interest of health and safety) and you acknowledge and agree that if you fail to comply with such protocols, the Club have the right to deny or revoke your admission to the Stadium without offering any refund.
3.7 If the Premium Package Pass Holder and/or any Guest has any special dietary requirements, these requirements should be communicated to the Club in writing addressed to premium.accounts@tottenhamhotspur.com at least fifteen (15) Working Days prior to the relevant Home Match. If the Club is not in receipt of any such special dietary requirements within fifteen (15) Working Days of the relevant Home Match, the Premium Package Pass Holder acknowledges and accepts that any such special dietary requirements may not be accommodated for and any failure on the part of the Club to cater for the same shall not constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise agreed with the Club in writing, conditions 3.5 to 3.14 (inclusive) applies separately in respect of each Home Match you attend.
3.8 It is the Premium Package Pass Holder's responsibility to check that all Premium Package Passes are complete and correct when received. 3.11 Prior to being granted entry to the Stadium, any individual (including Guests and Premium Package Pass Holders) must have completed the Guest Registration. Any individual who has not submitted the Guest Registration to the Club shall not be entitled to enter the Stadium, hospitality section or to enjoy the Premium Package, and the Club shall not be liable to the Premium Package Pass Holder for the same.
3.12 Only one (1) person will be admitted to the Stadium in respect of the seat stipulated on each Premium Package Pass. Once a person has entered the Stadium, no other person may enter the Stadium as a replacement of such person for that Home Match.

Further, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall constitute or imply any entitlement for the Premium Package Pass Holder or Guest to occupy the seat stipulated on any Premium Package Pass at any Home Match that does not form part of the Premium Package.
3.14 The Club reserves the right to cancel your order or relocate your seat at any time (even after the order has been accepted) in its absolute discretion for any reason and return any payment made (including the Premium Package Fee) or issue the relevant credit notes in writing or by email to the Premium Package Pass Holder at the postal address or email address provided to the Club by the Premium Package Pass Holder at the time the order was made.
3.15 The purchase of the Premium Package grants the Premium Package Pass Holder and Guests the right to use the Club’s facilities only as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and on the Premium Package Pass for the matches to which the Premium Package relates and does not grant the Premium Package Pass Holder or Guests exclusive possession of any area of the Club’s facilities or create a tenancy of any kind.
3.16 The Premium Packages are sold subject to availability and at the Club’s absolute discretion. The Club expressly excludes all liability for any loss, expense or other type of claim arising as a result of any unsuccessful attempt by the Premium Package Pass Holder to purchase Premium Packages.
3.17 The Club shall provide to the Premium Package Pass Holder an invoice addressed to the Premium Package Pass Holder in respect of the Premium Package Fee and the Premium Package Pass Holder shall pay the Premium Package Fee in accordance with the terms and conditions of the invoice in cleared funds. The Premium Package is only secured once the Club has received the Premium Package Fee.
3.18 Subject to payment of the relevant fees in accordance with conditions 3.15 to 3.25 (inclusive) the Premium Package Pass Holder is granted the right to use the Premium Package from the opening time of the premium areas until ninety (90) minutes following the end of the relevant match (inclusive). The opening times detailed in this condition 3.18 are subject to change at the Club’s absolute discretion.
3.19 You may be invoiced by the Club from time to time for any additional catering fees incurred during Home Matches (such as those relating to the provision of additional food and drink consumed which are not included within the Benefits and any VAT thereon) (the “Catering Fees”).
