Why Spurs?

At Tottenham Hotspur, we strive to create an environment where each and every employee has the potential for personal growth. By joining the Club, your impact will directly drive success both on and off the pitch.

As a Club we are committed to building careers and are always looking out for people who:

  • Think ahead, and are not afraid to dare and generate innovative ideas
  • Value & respect others, build relationships, collaborate across the Club and prioritise their team’s achievements rather than their own
  • Get things done, deliver to highest of standards and take responsibility

If you feel that describes you, we want to hear from you!

Life at Spurs

Who We Are

We are about playing with flair, style and passion. Players, coaches, staff and fans – we move forward, together as one. We’re hungry, we’re progressive, we’ve built a brand new world-class Training Centre and moved into an outstanding, modern new stadium, overlapping the site of White Hart Lane, where we played our home games for 118 years.

In a world full of Uniteds, Citys and Rovers, there is only one Hotspur. We are Tottenham Hotspur.

Our Culture

We are more than just a football club. We are now proud to call ourselves a truly world-leading, multi-event business.

Our hard-working team have made it possible for us to host events from world-class concerts to NFL, Boxing and Rugby.

In 2024, our people made it possible for us to add London’s most thrilling experience with F1 Drive, to our success stories and that is just the beginning.

When you join one of our teams, you become part of something special.

More from Spurs

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are at the heart of everything we do at the Club. Our aim is to be an inclusive, diverse, supportive and fair club that values equity and is free from discrimination.  We want to create an environment in which everyone; staff, supporters and the wider community feels welcome and has equal, dignified access to the Club, services and facilities.

Our Board continue to lead our DEI work, clearly demonstrating their commitment to driving positive change and we were 1st Premier League Club to sign up to the Mayor’s Women and Night Safety Charter. We currently hold the ‘Advanced’ level of the Premier League’s Equality Standard (PLES) and are currently working towards retaining this level of the review Standard.   We were one of the founding, signatory clubs to sign up to the Football Leadership Diversity Code (FLDC) and, as part of that commitment, have submitted our recruitment data to the FA for the past 3 seasons.

Internally, we have Diversity Action Groups (DAG) established at each Club site.  These DAGs are responsible for sharing best practise and ensuring DEI projects are delivered to the highest operational standards, including conducting DEI reviews to assess impact and manage risks. Furthermore, they ensure the Club is constantly striving to identify new areas of improvement.

Health and Wellbeing

As a Club we are committed to ensuring we support positive mental, emotional, and physical health and wellbeing. We want to ensure that a focus on positive health and wellbeing is interwoven into every aspect to support the club and focus on positive wellbeing outcomes as well as supporting all employees with their over wellbeing.

With the above in mind, we focus on delivering workshops, resources and training on all aspects such as physical activity, financial wellbeing, National campaigns and diversity days, mental health workshops focusing on all aspects and nutrition. Our Health & Wellbeing Lead works closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver the above to a high standard.

The Club has great health and wellbeing benefits that range from free eyecare tests, free flu jabs, discount of nutritional products, cycle to work scheme and Health Care Cash Plan suitable for all employees.

The Club is always looking to expand our offering to ensure our employees have the best possible resources and benefits to support their overall mental health and wellbeing.

Safeguarding

We strive on driving a culture of Safeguarding throughout the Club. The Club recognises its moral and legal responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of all children and adults at risk and will endeavour to provide a safe and welcoming environment where children and Adults at risk are respected and valued.
