ELIGIBILITY
The Club reserves the right to check a person's eligibility under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), any match tickets purchased within the disabled enclosures would require the disabled supporter to provide originals of their eligibility of disablement by production of either of the following:

Confirmation of the Middle or Higher rate of Disability Living Allowance.

Confirmation of the Middle or Higher rate of Mobility Allowance

Confirmation of the Middle or Higher rate of Attendance Allowance
-
Confirmation of the Middle or Higher rate of Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
-
Registration document which certifies that they are Registered Blind or Partially Sighted
-
A personal letter of support from your hospital specialist (not G.P.)
N.B Receipt of an Blue/Orange badge or incapacity benefit will not be considered sufficient proof of disability to enable you to purchase tickets in our disabled enclosures.
Proof of the above documentation must been seen before a booking can be made. All documents must be sent or handed to the Ticket Office cleary marked for the attention of Shirley Osborn.
MATCHDAY SEATING
White Hart Lane has provision for a carer/helper to sit directly behind the wheelchair supporter, or sit beside the ambulant supporter in the enclosures as outlined below:
The North Stand provides:
- 56 places for wheelchair users and their carers in the Lower Tier
- 16 places for Ambulant supporters and carers situated in the Lower Tier
- 12 places for wheelchair users and their carers in the Upper Tier
The South Stand provides:
- 24 places for wheelchair users and their carers in the Lower Tier
- 24 places for Ambulant supporters and their carers in the Lower Tier
The West Stand provides:
- 14 places for Ambulant supporters and their carers in the Lower Tier
Away supporters (League games) are provided with 5 Wheelchair/carer and 3 Ambulant/carer match tickets, which are situated at pitchside of the South West corner. Please note that whilst these seats are directly in front of the nominated away supporters enclosures, the disabled enclosure is not segregated.
PRICING
All tickets in our disabled enclosures are sold at the prevailing prices for the relevant Stand and fixture. Each supporter in the disabled enclosures is permitted one carer or assistant free of charge. Concessionary prices are available to those under 16 and over 65.
MATCHDAY SPECIAL REQUESTS
ASSISTANCE DOGS - The Club do everything possible to assist and accommodate those supporters with assistance dogs. Due to design of the stadium we are only able to accommodate supporters with assistance dogs in our lower tied disabled enclosures. Any supporter wishing to bring an assistance dog to a fixture must contact our Disability Liaison Officer, Shirley Osborn, at least two weeks prior to the relevant fixture on 0208 365 5161, or via email at support@tottenhamhotspur.com to ensure the appropriate match tickets are allocated and adequate provisions are available on the match day.
VISUALLY IMPAIRED HEADSETS - Blind or partially-sighted supporters can enjoy match commentary provided at all home games via specialist headsets (subject to availability) Headsets need to be booked in advance 7 days prior to the game through our Disability Liaison Officer Shirley Osborn on support@tottenhamhotspur.com.
NB. The availability and operation of the match commentary does not form part of the terms and conditions of ticket purchase.
OTHER FACILITES
The disabled enclosures in the North, South and West Stand are all fully wheelchair accessible, offer disabled toilets, low level counters at our refreshment kiosks.
Our Ticket and Members office in Paxton Road are both wheelchair accessible and offer a low-level counter. An induction Loop system is operational in the Ticket Office for supporters with impaired hearing.

RETAIL OUTLETS
In addition to the Megastore and the official Club Shops at Enfield, Harlow and Chelmsford, there are several mobile units located around the ground on a match day, which are fully accessible to wheelchair users.
CAR PARKING AND ACCESS TO THE GROUND
CAR PARKING - The club provides limited complimentary car parking at the stadium in our West Stand and Paxton Road car parks. These spaces are available to all blue badge holders on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved at anytime.
Please Note: If you do use either car park, please be aware that, at the request of the Metropolitan Police, no vehicles are permitted to leave these areas for at least 30 minutes post match, to aid the flow of spectators leaving the Stadium.
There are a number of parking locations within close proximity of White Hart Lane. St Francis De Sales School (directly opposite Bill Nicholson Way), Northumberland Park School (on the left-hand side of Worcester Avenue) a nominal car park charge applies and spaces are allocated on the first-come first-served basis. Please note that these are unofficial car parks and listed for information purposes only.
Holders of the Disabled Blue Parking Permits are also permitted to park, to a maximum of three hours, within marked residents bays within the White Hart Lane matchday controlled parking zone. Further details on this parking zone can be found here.
DROP OFF POINTS - For supporters with disabilities on a match day the Club has two designated drop off points at the Stadium via our disabled entrances. (Gate N5 is in our North Stand and the other is in our Main West stand car park).
Please Note: Both drop off points are available prior to the game, however after the game no collections are available from these points.
MATCH/SEASON TICKETS
SEASON TICKETS
Currently there is a season ticket waiting list for all of our Disabled and Ambulant supporters enclosures. To enable you to put your name on this list, you would need to be a Club 'One Hotspur BRONZE member'. Please write to our Disability Liaison Officer with your request ensuring you confirm if the supporter with disabilities is either a wheelchair user or Ambulant Supporter to ensure your request is dealt with effectively and is placed on the correct waiting list.
MATCH TICKETS
HOME - To purchase match tickets in our disabled enclosures here at White Hart Lane, please call our dedicated telephone number 0208 365 5161. Each game will have a specific date when match tickets become available to members and non-members. Please check our website www.tottenhamhotspur.com for confirmation on when the game you have chosen is available for you to buy.
AWAY - To apply for disabled match tickets, supporters with disabilities need to download the below away match application form. Away applications can be either be posted into the ticket office marked clearly for the attention of our Disability Liaison Officer Shirley Osborn, or by e-mailing support@tottenhamhotspur.com

TEMPORARILY DISABLED
Any supporter that may be suffering from a temporary disability (e.g. broken leg) which could affect their ease of access whilst at the stadium, must contact our Disability Liaison Officer on 0208 365 5161 prior to the game, to see if any alternative seating could be arranged on a match by match basis (subject to availability). Any relocation is at the discretion of the Club if suitable seating is available and cannot be guaranteed. If we are able to accommodate we will contact you 48 hours before the fixture.
